TREATMENT VISITS
Our chiropractic treatments are "hands-on" and we will focus not only on the site of pain, but treat the body as a whole to help it to move and function at it's best so as to prevent future problems. We tailor each treatment specifically to your condition and a usual treatment will include hands on therapy, education and exercises to prevent future reoccurrence of the issue.
Our treatment times are typically longer than those offered by traditional chiropractors. This is because we treat slightly differently to other chiropractors. We incorporate soft tissue release techniques along with our adjustments and always suggest tailored exercises and advice in order to adequately address your goals such as increased mobility or pain relief.
Treatment visits are 15-30 minutes.
